Partner in charge of the Completion Area area Regulatory or Compliance , of the Analysis of Risks in Foreign Investment, Real Estate and Agrarian, of Corporate Strategies and Co-investment, as well as of Arbitration Procedures. In the Ottawa office, he is in charge of the Development of Businesses for companies or individuals who wish to build a business bridge between Mexico and Canada where he has a License from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as a Mortgage Agent.
He graduated as a lawyer from UNAM-CU Mexico, Master of European Law by the Complutense de Madrid, Specialty of the Legal Regime of Foreign Trade by Escuela Libre de Derecho-CDMX, Master in Commercial Management from UNAD-Madrid, Certified Compliance Specialist by the Carbonell Institute and Mortgage Agent License by REMIC-Ontario. He is a Supernumerary Member of the Academy of Private and Comparative International Law, and is currently President of the Center for Mediation, Arbitration and Compliance of Mexico.
